Sometimes the most memorable gift is the one you never expected. JNP teammates Jason Levy and Jeremiah Guaman, known to the team as Jeremy, surprised Jeff Pofsky with a pair of white Nike Kobe basketball shoes as a personal thank-you.
A conversation that became a thoughtful surprise
Jeff had mentioned to Jason how much he liked the shoes. Jason remembered, and he and Jeremy decided to send Jeff a pair. When Jeff called to ask about the unexpected delivery, they explained that the gift was a way to recognize his generosity toward them and the team.
Jeff described the moment as one of the most rewarding of his working life. What stayed with him was the thought behind the gesture: two trusted teammates had listened, remembered, and taken the time to say thank you.
