Share the seating plan and pillow dimensions you have in mind. Count each lounge area or furniture grouping rather than estimating from total attendance alone.

All-over prints and custom shapes

All-over artwork can carry an event pattern or campaign across the pillow. JNP's Party Pillow direction uses sublimation on its Super Poly fabric. Custom-shaped pillows can turn a logo, object, or event theme into a more distinctive prop or takeaway.

Match the specification to the setting

Explain whether the pillows are for indoor lounge seating, a photo moment, sponsor branding, or guest gifts. For outdoor use, ask specifically about fabric suitability and care; a branded decorative pillow is not automatically weather-resistant.

Confirm finished dimensions, fill, cover construction, decoration method, and whether your quote includes complete filled pillows or covers only. Ask about fabric or decorated samples when color, texture, and finish are important to approval.
